Jo has worked as a Nurse Practitioner for more than 10 years in primary and emergency care.
Her special interests include women’s health, sexual health, dermatology, emergency and pediatrics.
Jo has three adult children. Her eldest lives in Melbourne and the youngest in Los Angeles. Her middle child gets to boss her around at work.
In her spare time, Jo enjoys Pilates, staying active and tending to her garden with her many chickens.

Vicky brings over 20 years of experience in general practice, and has a special interest in women’s health and end of life care.

Abbey graduated from the Ara Institute of Canterbury in 2019 with a Bachelor of Nursing.
After graduation she worked in the Plastics department of Christchurch Hospital, before spending 3 years in Urgent Care. She joined the team at Bryndwr Medical Rooms in January 2025.
Abbey has a special interest in wound management and sexual health.
In her spare time, she likes to obsess over her finely manicured lawn and spend time with her partner and two cats.

Lynley has been working in general practice for the last 5 years. She joined the team at Bryndwr Medical Rooms in January 2025. She enjoys the variety of general practice and working with the team at Bryndwr Medical Rooms. In her spare time, Lynley enjoys playing board games, listening to music, travelling and spending time with her family and friends.

Ollie is currently studying at UC, pursuing a career in teaching, after spending the last two years working in sales in the electrical sector. Ollie joined the team at Bryndwr Medical Rooms in January 2025. Alongside work and study, he also plays football for the Christchurch United 1st Team.

Eleisha, our Health Improvement Practitioner (HIP), supports people of all ages and at all stages of their lives with struggles related to behaviour change or mental wellbeing.
She is a registered social worker and has completed further training in ACT and CBT therapies, with previous experience working with children, youth, and adult mental health.
Eleisha is passionate about empowering people to be the best version of themselves and advocating for vulnerable populations.
In her spare time, Eleisha loves being outdoors, and spending time with her loved ones.
