At Bryndwr Medical Rooms, we make enrolling as a new patient simple and hassle-free. As an enrolled patient, you’ll have access to comprehensive healthcare services, lower consultation fees, and a dedicated team focused on your well-being. We’re here to support your health every step of the way.
To enroll with Bryndwr Medical Rooms, simply complete the online enrollment form using the link below. You can also upload a photo of your driver’s license, passport, or other ID, along with any work visa details if required.
Please note that patients aged 16 and over must complete or sign their own enrollment form.

Note: We process all enrolments without delay. We are unable to offer any appointments however, until we have received your medical records from your previous medical practice and this can sometimes take up to 10 working days. When this process is complete and your enrolment is active, we will immediately send you an email/text to let you know.
There is no charge to enroll with us, but we ask that all new patients over 16 years old see the nurse for a new patient interview.
